We run our Strength & Conditioning classes on both Monday 6am (Ladies Only) with Jo & Tuesday 7pm with Jeff.
Strength & Conditioning is a high-energy, full-body workout designed to build strength, improve endurance, and enhance athletic performance. This class combines resistance training, functional movements, and cardiovascular exercises to help you develop power, speed, and flexibility.
Expect a mix of weight training, bodyweight exercises, and dynamic drills to challenge your muscles and boost overall fitness
