Our signature high-energy boxing workout. Burner combines boxing drills with strength and conditioning circuits to deliver a full-body session that will challenge your fitness, endurance, and mental grit.

Expect a mix of pad work, bag rounds, kettlebell and dumbbell exercises, designed to leave you feeling stronger, fitter and accomplished. 

Suitable for all fitness levels, with options to scale the intensity.
