Enjoy our new Pilates classes with Kenzie that run every Sunday at 12:15 and Monday at 7am.
Kenzie is trained in STOTT Pilates & her classes have a big focus on biomechanics and form to ensure you’re getting the most out of each session.
Expect strong, precise movements in class to help you move and feel better in your workouts and your day to day life. Open to all levels of fitness and experience, Pilates truly meets you where you’re at. We can’t wait to meet you all on the mat!
